I’m asking on behalf of a friend who needs legal guidance.
She had her Nikkah (marriage) in 2015, but due to serious family issues, the relationship ended in 2017. Rukhsati never took place, and later the families decided not to continue. However, because of some personal matters at home, the formal divorce was never processed.
